Chapter 449 - Medical Facilities and Other Related Entities
NRS 449.01563 - Peer support recovery organization" defined. [Effective through December 31, 2021.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 449.01563 (2022)
"Peer support recovery organization" means a person or agency which, for compensation, provides peer support services to persons who are 18 years of age or older and who suffer from mental illness or an addictive disorder or identify themselves as at risk for mental illness or an addictive disorder.
