Chapter 442 - Maternal and Child Health; Abortion
NRS 442.020 - Civil penalty; action for enforcement.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 442.020 (2022)
1. Any person or entity willfully violating any of the provisions of NRS 442.010, 442.013 or 442.016 may be assessed a civil penalty of not more than $500.
2. An action for the enforcement of a civil penalty assessed pursuant to this section may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction by the district attorney of the appropriate county or the Attorney General.
