Chapter 42 - Damages
NRS 42.265 - "Renewal date" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 42.265 (2022)
"Renewal date" means the date on which a registered structured settlement purchase company is required to renew its registration pursuant to NRS 42.340, which date is 1 year after the initial registration or any subsequent renewal.
