Chapter 42 - Damages
NRS 42.235 - "Independent professional advice" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 42.235 (2022)
"Independent professional advice" means advice of an attorney, certified public accountant, actuary or other licensed professional adviser.
