Chapter 408 - Highways, Roads and Transportation Facilities
NRS 408.55053 - "Eligible project" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 408.55053 (2022)
"Eligible project" means the development, construction, repair, improvement, operation, maintenance, decommissioning or ownership of a transportation facility, utility infrastructure, water and wastewater infrastructure, renewable energy infrastructure, recycling and sustainability infrastructure, digital infrastructure, social infrastructure and other infrastructure related to economic development.
