Chapter 396 - Nevada System of Higher Education
NRS 396.5457 - Preference in admission to teacher education programs for certain veterans.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 396.5457 (2022)
The Board of Regents shall require each program developed by the System for the education of teachers to give preference in admission to veterans of the Armed Forces of the United States who were honorably discharged.
