NRS 391.036 - Regulations of Commission providing for expedited licensure of spouse of member of Armed Forces on active duty.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 391.036 (2022)
The Commission shall adopt regulations which provide for the expedited processing of applications for a license to teach in this State and for employment in a school district for a spouse of a member of the Armed Forces of the United States who is on active duty.
