Chapter 388D - Alternative School Choices
NRS 388D.350 - Compliance with federal law required.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 388D.350 (2022)
A challenge school shall comply with all applicable federal laws to prevent the loss of any federal money for education provided to the State of Nevada and the school districts in this State by the Federal Government.
