Chapter 388A - Charter Schools
NRS 388A.095 - Operation for profit prohibited; incorporation as nonprofit corporation authorized.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 388A.095 (2022)
A charter school:
1. Shall not operate for profit.
2. May be incorporated as a nonprofit corporation pursuant to the provisions of chapter 82 of NRS.
