Chapter 372 - Sales and Use Taxes
NRS 372.710 - Action to recover erroneous refund: Venue.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 372.710 (2022)
The action must be tried in Carson City or Clark County unless the court with the consent of the Attorney General orders a change of place of trial.
