Chapter 349 - State Obligations
NRS 349.090 - Creation; records of accounting.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 349.090 (2022)
There is hereby created in the State Treasury a debt service fund to be known as the Consolidated Bond Interest and Redemption Fund. The State Treasurer shall maintain records of accounting reflecting the current condition of the Fund.
