Chapter 31A - Enforcement of Obligations for Support of Children
NRS 31A.019 - "Obligor" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 31A.019 (2022)
"Obligor" means a person who is liable or alleged to be liable for the support of a child.
