NRS 31.950 - Sheriff to make return within 20 days after taking property.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 31.950 (2022)

The sheriff shall file the writ of possession and undertaking with the sheriff’s proceedings thereon, with the clerk of the court in which the action is pending, within 20 days after taking the property mentioned therein.
