Chapter 31 - Attachment, Garnishment and Other Extraordinary Remedies
NRS 31.680 - Undertaking may be substituted for deposit.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 31.680 (2022)

If the money be deposited, as provided in NRS 31.660 and 31.670, bail may be given and may justify upon notice at any time before judgment; and on the filing of the undertaking and justification with the clerk the money deposited shall be refunded by such clerk to the defendant.
