NRS 31.570 - Bail may surrender defendant.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 31.570 (2022)

At any time before judgment, or within 10 days thereafter, the bail may surrender the defendant in their exoneration; or the defendant may surrender to the sheriff of the county where the defendant was arrested.
