Chapter 31 - Attachment, Garnishment and Other Extraordinary Remedies
NRS 31.550 - Defendant to be discharged on bail or deposit.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 31.550 (2022)

The defendant, at any time before execution, shall be discharged from the arrest either upon giving bail or upon depositing the amount mentioned in the order of arrest in the money or currency therein named, as provided in this chapter.
