Chapter 31 - Attachment, Garnishment and Other Extraordinary Remedies
NRS 31.293 - Unpaid subscription to corporate stock subject to garnishment by creditor of corporation.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 31.293 (2022)
Any creditor of a corporation may, by garnishment, subject the unpaid subscription of any stockholder in such corporation to the payment of its debts.
