Chapter 31 - Attachment, Garnishment and Other Extraordinary Remedies
NRS 31.235 - Constables have powers and duties of sheriff with respect to writ of attachment.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 31.235 (2022)

A constable may perform any of the duties assigned to a sheriff and has all of the authority granted to a sheriff pursuant to this chapter with respect to a writ of attachment.
