Chapter 31 - Attachment, Garnishment and Other Extraordinary Remedies
NRS 31.110 - Sheriff’s return of writ; certificate.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 31.110 (2022)

The sheriff shall return the writ of attachment within 25 days after its receipt, with a certificate of the sheriff’s proceeding endorsed thereon or attached thereto. The certificate must contain the date, time and place of each levy upon real or personal property, a full inventory of the personal property attached, a description of all real property attached, and the date, time and place where each writ of garnishment was served. The sheriff shall also attach to the writ of attachment a true and correct copy of each writ of garnishment served.
