NRS 3.130 - Acceptance of gratuity in connection with marriage unlawful.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 3.130 (2022)
It shall be unlawful for any district judge, acting as district judge or ex officio circuit judge, to accept any fee, gratuity or any thing of value for or in connection with solemnizing any marriage in this state.
