Chapter 2A - Court of Appeals
NRS 2A.210 - Absence from State; forfeiture of office.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 2A.210 (2022)
A judge of the Court of Appeals shall not absent himself or herself from this State for more than 90 consecutive days. A violation of the provisions of this section shall work a forfeiture of office.
