Chapter 2A - Court of Appeals
NRS 2A.160 - Jurisdiction; review by Supreme Court.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 2A.160 (2022)
The Supreme Court shall fix by rule the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeals and shall provide for the review, where appropriate, of appeals decided by the Court of Appeals.
