Chapter 293 - Elections
NRS 293.5055 - County clerk or field registrar authorized to preregister or register residents of county outside boundaries of county.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 293.5055 (2022)
A county clerk or field registrar may preregister or register, outside the boundaries of the county, any person who is a resident of that county and meets the qualifications to preregister or register to vote, as applicable.
