Chapter 284 - State Personnel System
NRS 284.139 - Unclassified service: "Agency" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 284.139 (2022)
As used in NRS 284.140, "agency" means every board and commission in the Executive Department of the State Government the members of which, or some of such members, are required by law to be appointed.
