Chapter 278C - Tax Increment Areas
NRS 278C.075 - "Natural resources project" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 278C.075 (2022)
"Natural resources project" means:
1. A drainage and flood control project;
2. A sewerage project;
3. A wastewater project; or
4. A water project.
