NRS 277A.490 - Remittance and use of proceeds of tax.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 277A.490 (2022)
The proceeds of any tax imposed pursuant to NRS 277A.470 and 277A.480 must be remitted by the Department of Taxation to the commission for use in accordance with the provisions of NRS 277A.400 to 277A.490, inclusive.
