Chapter 277A - Regional Transportation Commissions
NRS 277A.410 - Applicability.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 277A.410 (2022)
The provisions of NRS 277A.400 to 277A.490, inclusive, apply only to a commission in a county whose population is 700,000 or more.
