Chapter 277A - Regional Transportation Commissions
NRS 277A.110 - "Public highway" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 277A.110 (2022)
"Public highway" means any street, road, alley, thoroughfare, way or place of any kind used by the public or open to the use of the public as a matter of right for the purpose of vehicular traffic.
