Chapter 266 - General Law for Incorporation of Cities and Towns
NRS 266.316 - Acquisition, maintenance and abolishment of cemeteries.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 266.316 (2022)
The city council may, by any lawful means, acquire, control, maintain, enlarge or abolish cemeteries.
