Chapter 239A - Disclosure of Financial Information to Governmental Agencies
NRS 239A.180 - Inadmissibility of evidence obtained in violation of chapter.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 239A.180 (2022)
Evidence obtained in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is inadmissible in any proceeding except a proceeding to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
