Chapter 224 - Lieutenant Governor
NRS 224.140 - "Small business" defined. [Effective through June 30, 2023.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 224.140 (2022)
"Small business" means a prospective, new or established business with not more than 100 employees that is or will be located in this State.
