Chapter 213 - Pardons and Paroles; Remissions of Fines and Commutations of Punishments
NRS 213.1072 - Chief: Duties.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 213.1072 (2022)
The Chief shall:
1. Administer all activities and services of the Division.
2. Be responsible for the management of the Division.
