Chapter 209 - Department of Corrections
NRS 209.42315 - "Co-occurring disorder" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 209.42315 (2022)
"Co-occurring disorder" means the presence of at least one mental disorder and at least one substance use disorder, as defined in the most recent edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
