Chapter 205 - Crimes Against Property
NRS 205.640 - "Expired credit card or debit card" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 205.640 (2022)
"Expired credit card or debit card" means a credit card or debit card that is no longer valid because the term shown on it has elapsed.
