NRS 2.400 - Money for printing Nevada Reports and advance sheets.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 2.400 (2022)
Funds for printing the Nevada Reports and the pamphlet decisions shall be provided by legislative appropriation from the General Fund as a budgeted part of the appropriation for the support of the Supreme Court, and shall be paid out on claims as other claims against the State are paid.
