NRS 2.310 - Official Reporter: Appointment; qualifications.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 2.310 (2022)
The Supreme Court may appoint an Official Reporter who must be a certified court reporter and who shall perform such duties as may be required by the Court.
