NRS 2.290 - Bailiff.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 2.290 (2022)
The Supreme Court, or a majority thereof, is authorized to designate any person appointed and employed pursuant to NRS 2.295 to act as Bailiff of the Supreme Court.
