Chapter 2 - Supreme Court
NRS 2.210 - Qualifications of Clerk.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 2.210 (2022)
No person shall be eligible to the office of Clerk of the Supreme Court unless the person:
1. Shall have attained the age of 21 years at the time of the appointment; and
2. Shall be a qualified elector and a citizen resident of this state for 1 year next preceding the appointment.
