Chapter 177 - Appeals and Remedies After Conviction
NRS 177.285 - Judgment to be executed on affirmance.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 177.285 (2022)
On a judgment of affirmance against the defendant, the original judgment shall be carried into execution, as the appellate court of competent jurisdiction shall direct.
