Chapter 162C - Supported Decision-Making Act
NRS 162C.090 - "Supporter" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 162C.090 (2022)
"Supporter" means a person who is named in a supported decision-making agreement to provide specified assistance to a principal.
