Chapter 159A - Guardianship of Minors
NRS 159A.062 - Guardian nominated by will.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 159A.062 (2022)
A parent of a minor may by will nominate a guardian. The person nominated must file a petition and obtain an appointment from the court before exercising the powers of a guardian.
