Chapter 159 - Guardianship of Adults
NRS 159.015 - "Court" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 159.015 (2022)
"Court" means any court or judge having jurisdiction of the persons and estates of persons who are incapacitated or persons of limited capacity.
