Chapter 150 - Compensation and Accounting
NRS 150.200 - Allowance and confirmation of account.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 150.200 (2022)
If an account comes before the court for allowance and there are no objections filed by any interested person, and the account is made to appear to the court to be correct and according to law, the court shall allow and confirm the account.
