Chapter 150 - Compensation and Accounting
NRS 150.0605 - Attorneys for petitioners generally: Compensation when estate’s value does not exceed $100,000.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 150.0605 (2022)
If the estate is set aside pursuant to NRS 146.070, the court may order reasonable attorney’s fees and costs to be paid from the assets being set aside directly to the attorney for the petitioner.
