Chapter 150 - Compensation and Accounting
NRS 150.040 - Contracts for higher compensation void.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 150.040 (2022)
A contract between a personal representative and an heir or devisee for a higher compensation than that allowed by NRS 150.020 and 150.030 is void.
