Chapter 1 - Judicial Department Generally
NRS 1.330 - Appointment; tenure; salary.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 1.330 (2022)
The Court Administrator shall:
1. Be appointed by the Supreme Court and shall serve at the pleasure of the Court.
2. Receive an annual salary set by the Supreme Court within the limits of legislative appropriations.
