Chapter 91 - Commodities
NRS 91.040 - "Board of trade" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 91.040 (2021)
"Board of trade" means any person or group of persons engaged in buying or selling any commodity or receiving any commodity for sale on consignment, whether or not the person or group of persons is characterized as a board of trade, exchange or other form of market place.
