NRS 82.526 - Corporate records: Microfilming; imaging; return.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 82.526 (2021)
The Secretary of State may microfilm or image any record which is filed in the Office of the Secretary of State by a corporation pursuant to this chapter and may return the original record to the corporation.
