Chapter 80 - Foreign Corporations
NRS 80.095 - Suspension of statute of limitations for failure to comply.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 80.095 (2021)
The benefit of NRS 80.090 shall be suspended during any period or periods when the corporation is in default in complying with the requirements of NRS 80.090; and no such corporation can maintain any action or proceeding in any court of this State while so in default.
