Chapter 80 - Foreign Corporations
NRS 80.040 - Required records in foreign language must be accompanied by English translations.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 80.040 (2021)
If the papers required by NRS 80.010 and 80.030 to be filed in this State are of record in a language other than English in the place of creation of the corporation, the certified papers in that language shall be accompanied by a verified translation into the English language.
